Meet The Mathisons!

Our cousins, the Mathisons, were in town this past weekend for a tennis tournament. We went to watch Charles play Saturday night and he was unbelievable! Charles just turned 13 and he crushed the 16 or 17 year-old he was playing. We really enjoyed watching him play!

Sarah came over to play with us on Saturday and William had such a fun time. He kept holding her hand and pulling her all over our house. His newest word is "watch" and he wanted Sarah to watch everything he did! Sarah & William also watched the Hannah Montana movie...well, Sarah watched and William danced! Thanks for a fun afternoon Sarah!

The Rollins

Kevin, Tara & Kade stopped in on their way to and from Atlanta for a couple of quick visits. We cannot believe how fast Kade is growing! Seems like he was just born! Click here if you missed our 1st visit with baby Kade! We will see you soon sweet Kade!

Claire & Emma

We went to Macon for Claire's birthday party, but we also went to meet our newest friend, baby Emma. She is so sweet and a great baby. William really enjoyed hugging her and playing with her toes. I hope he is as gentle and sweet when our new addition arrives in December. Claire is a fabulous big sister and a sweet friend to William! We had such a fun time and hated to leave on Sunday! Looking forward to our beach trip in a few weeks!

Happy, Happy Birthday to You!!!

July is full of birthdays! Aunt Laurie, Aunt Helen, Sarah & Casey, Ben, Claire and Uncle Barry! Harrison's birthday is right after Christmas, so he jumped in the July birthdays with a party last week! I can promise you that William's belly was FULL of birthday cake this month!

Lake Days

We went to Lake Martin for our vacation with Papa & Grammie a couple of weeks ago. It was so relaxing and memorable. I have way too many pictures to share all of them, but here are a few and I'll try to complete a slideshow later. William really enjoyed watching his cousins ski & wakeboard. When they fell, he would say, "Uh-oh...uh-oh!!! Get. Get!!!" William got to see both grandparents ski, too! Papa can still slalom like a pro and Grammie can still ski & wave at the same time! Much to our delight, Aunt April proved that she can wakeboard with the best of them, too! I think the boys were amazed! William also enjoyed fishing with Eric & his cousins, and throwing their fish back in!

As always, we had a wonderful time and were so sad to leave! Thank you Papa & Grammie for such a special time!

Emma Kathryn was born Saturday morning! Emma is blessed to have a big sister as sweet as Claire! We love the picture of Claire putting bandaids on Emma. Congratulations Jeremy, Darcy & Claire! Give her lots of hugs & kisses from us and we will see ya'll soon! We love ya'll!

Puddle Jumpin'

It rained here non-stop yesterday. We aren't complaining and are thankful for the rain, but William was getting a little couped up. We headed outside in the drizzle to play and jump some puddles. One of William's favorite things to do is water our flowers about 3 or 4 times a day. I'm sure our neighbors thought we were crazy with the sprinkler & the water hose in the rain.
