First Trip to Jordan Hare!

We took William to his first Auburn football game this past weekend versus Arkansas. Not sure what he was expecting, but he definitely wanted to head to the game with his goggles on! We had a fun time walking around campus and visiting our usual tailgating spot. William really seemed to enjoy the game and the band at half-time. They honored the Olympic athletes from Auburn during half-time, so that was fun to see all of those swimmers on the field! We left shortly after half-time and Auburn was winning! At least it was a winning game while we were there!

Baton Rouge & LSU

Eric had a job interview in Baton Rouge last week. While we were there, we made an adventure of visiting LSU's campus and meeting Mike the Tiger. William had a great time and really loved "meeting" Mike and watching him swim in his million dollar home. Eric was really proud to introduce William to LSU! We enjoyed our visit and had a good time with Eric's family on the way home!

The real Mike was sleeping, so we saw this Tiger the first night.

Finger Painting...Body painting

In an attempt to load the dishwasher and clean my kitchen, I let William finger paint at the kitchen table today. He really enjoyed himself and I checked on his picture every couple of minutes. I nearly jumped out of my skin when I saw this....I think it was the red paint that caught me off guard. He was laughing so hard at himself and rubbing the paint on like lotion. Glad it's non-toxic, since his teeth were red, too! He really thought he was funny when he saw himself in the mirror!
